The eLink Project Management solution is an integrated system for managing and coordinating projects, tasks, companies, people, resources, documents, communications and timescales.

eLink enables your team to file, share, follow-up and update documents and information related to projects - each project or project-type can be customised. A project relates to a sales opportunity, a marketing campaign or any other activity. At any time, you can view its progress,  status and gain access to the related contacts, documents and tasks.

Projects are accessed from and linked to:

People belonging to suppliers, partners, customers, subcontractors, with contact details, email addresses, notes etc, giving you the ability to email them all simultaneously from any document or action

Each project and sub-project has its own date / user stamp for extra notes in the memo field and each client has a special set of data-tables for holding all the data that is critical to their own business process. The whole project can be organised so that you can use eLink TaskCentre™ with the information to create automatic emails, automatic (exception) reports, or whatever you need to improve the performance and effectiveness of the project team and the business process.

Documents can also be attached to each project and these document files can contain any type of electronic files from Word documents, Excel PowerPoint Images brochures etc , CAD files, Sound and audio files  to MS Project. The system stands on its own as your project management solution or, with the interconnection with other modules available within the eLink business management system, it can be used as a a more comprehensive business management solution.
